Hello friends! It seems crazy to me that January has come to an end and February is upon us. I hope you are keeping up with your theme for 2023 and creating healthy habits. You'll notice that I have switched website hosting providers so the rootedinloveyoga.com looks a little different. All videos from the previous website will still be available and I will be adding 10 more videos as I launch the new site. I'm excited to share new offerings and have tons in store for 2023!

One of the reasons I've created a new website is that I wanted to be able to list my upcoming in-person events in addition to the website videos. I have many in-person offerings coming up including my Praying In Postures classes, Hiking and Yoga events, Sunset Yoga in the Park, and a Grief Series, to name a few. I will also be growing my Youtube channel which will include Pickleball and Yoga videos, and will host some events with that same theme in-person, once the weather warms up. My new website will allow the ability to purchase tickets with ease. Additionally, it allows me to blog, which my other site did not. Be sure to subscribe to my newsletter for all the updates and to have first access to offerings and special pricing!
