Hello friend! I’m happy to announce that I have just updated my website so that I can include more local offerings, as well as my video membership packages. My new web hosting service allows me so much flexibility in creating offerings for us to practice in person, live via zoom as well as my streaming video platform.

For my relaunch, I have added 10 new videos for you to be able to practice with. I will be posting a few more this week. Videos coming soon include yoga for sports (Pickleball will be the first!), Praying In Postures, and shorter yoga videos, in the 20-30 minute timeframe, to help create a daily practice.

You’ll also notice that there is a calendar on the home page that lists Upcoming Events. You will be able to register for all of my Rooted In Love Yoga events directly from the website. This streamlines the process and makes for a much easier user-friendly experience. My Praying In Postures Lenten Series of Events will be added this week, so be sure to keep a look out!

Many of my subscribers have reached out wanting to practice with me at the local studios I teach at. My new site shows you when and where I am teaching in case you want to join. Message me for a free pass to attend!

I’ve been so fortunate to offer private lessons/classes over the years and you can find info on those under the Offerings Tab.

Memberships show the different membership options available. As a current subscriber, you will have to re-enroll as my previous hosting website was unable to transfer that info to the new hosting service. As a thank you for doing so, I will be gifting you 2 free months on your account. As soon as you re-subscribe I will add the additional two months, so if your membership were set to expire on March 31st (for example), it has already been adjusted to May 31st. For those with an annual membership, you do not need to purchase another annual membership at this time. Once you resubscribe I will send you your new membership info including the additional two free months. My sincere apologies for the hassle of having to re-subscribe. Finally, I will soon be adding merch to my website! I’m in the process of working with a designer for crewnecks, shirts, and stickers! So exciting!
